Email support@verbatimcoach.com from the address you signed in with and include the draft title or a short description of what went wrong. Screenshots help. You can also manage your plan yourself from the billing page in your dashboard.
How do I ask for a refund?
Your first Pro payment is refundable in full within 7 days of the charge; just email support@verbatimcoach.com. The details are in the refund policy.
How do I delete my data or make a privacy request?
Email support@verbatimcoach.com with the subject “Privacy request”. The privacy policy explains what is stored and how long it is kept.
Can I write about Verbatim or include it in a comparison?
Yes. Plain product facts, pricing, and limits are on the About page and in llms.txt. For anything else, email support@verbatimcoach.com.
